And then see the exact typeset copy of your item (called a “preview”) online immediately. Once you submit your order to us, this exact replica is sent directly to the printer's presses within seconds. Because your wording does not have to be retyped into the printer's system, CheckMate™ saves time and mistakes!

You have two options. You can either check with our Wording Etiquette helper or, if you're still concerned, email our etiquette and design specialist at costcocustomerservice@eInvite.com.
Most orders are produced and shipped within 5 business days, although some orders may take slightly longer. To find out when to expect your order, please refer to each product page for the processing time and standard shipping methods.
Most invitation experts suggest ordering your invitation three to six months in advance. You should be prepared to mail them at least six weeks in advance. If you are inviting a large number of out-of-town guests, or if your event is to be held during a popular vacation time, we suggest sending an advance save-the-date card.
You should select and customize your announcements well ahead of time so that you can order online as soon as your little one is born. If you don't know the baby's gender, set up two orders—one for a boy and one for a girl. Be sure to give each order a separate name on the site so you'll know which one to submit when the time comes.
CheckMate™ enables us to send your order to the printer's presses immediately. If the printer is busy, you may have a little time to stop the order. If you find a mistake, email us immediately at costcocustomerservice@einvite.com. We will attempt to notify the printer before their work is completed. You will be responsible, however, if it cannot be stopped in time. So, please check your order carefully before you submit it. We will notify you as to the outcome.
Email us immediately at costcocustomerservice@einvite.com if you discover that you need to increase the quantity. We will try to catch the order before it has been printed. The price for an additional 25 is always a better value than a new order for 25. If you are close to your guest count, you may consider ordering an extra twenty-five in case of mistakes or last minute additions. If the order cannot be stopped before it is printed, you will be charged at the new order price. We will notify you to let you know whether the order was stopped in time or not.
Adding an accessory can always be treated as a separate order. You will not be charged an additional fee for this.
We offer samples for most of our personalized products. If a sample is available for an item, a button titled "Send Me a Sample" is displayed on the right side of the product page—the page with a detailed description, pricing and large view of the item. Simply click this button and a sample is added to your shopping cart. You will notice a nominal fee to cover material costs and shipping via the U.S. Postal Service.

eInvite.com at costco.com takes great pride in providing the very best in quality and craftsmanship, so if you are dissatisfied in our product for any reason, please let us know. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized product, but we will gladly reprint your order if you are dissatisfied in any way with our workmanship. While our online instant previewing technology helps to minimize our customers’ errors, mistakes occasionally happen or event dates or details change. If you have received your printed order and require that it be done over, we will redo your order at 50% of retail price. Just contact a customer service representative at 1.877.267.3468.

Currently, eInvite.com at costco.com offers shipping in the United States only. We do not currently deliver to PO boxes (post office), APO/FPO (military) boxes, or international addresses.
eInvite.com at costco.com ships all merchandise via UPS. Please see the table below for detailed rates based on order amount and ship method. To get your products to you as fast as possible, we may group parts of your order into separate shipments. You will not incur any extra shipping charges if this occurs.
